Warwickshire Victims Needs Assessment
TONIC have been asked by the Office for the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) for Warwickshire to conduct a Victims Needs Assessment.
Throughout January 2026, TONIC will be gathering feedback on existing provision – what is working well and any areas for development. TONIC will be engaging with victims and professionals in the local area via an online survey and confidential interviews.
Based on this feedback, TONIC will produce a report that helps the OPCC to make decisions about recommissioning. The ultimate aim is to inform improvements in the support available to victims, to ensure services are able to meet the need and demand in Warwickshire, and to shape the way support services are commissioned by the OPCC in the future.
Professionals can take part by:
- Completing the short online survey
- Signing up for a confidential interview using TONIC's online booking form (approx. 45 mins – 1 hour) or emailing warwickshirevna@tonic.org.uk.
Victims/survivors (or those responding on behalf of a loved one) can take part by:
- Completing the short online survey
- Signing up for a confidential interview by texting ‘WARWICKSHIRE’ to 0735 604 9783 or emailing warwickshirevna@tonic.org.uk - victims who take part in an interview will be offered a voucher as a thank you for their time.
We would really value your help in promoting engagement with the online survey and interviews. We would be very grateful if you could help promote this opportunity and share it as widely as possible.
