This workshop is suitable for domestic violence co-ordinators, child protection/safeguarding leads, teachers especially PHSE leads, school liaison officers and all those interested in preventative education with adolescents.
A full day experiential and interactive workshop around introducing a while school approach to the prevention of abusive relationships. It demonstrates practical ways of engaging with the recommendations of the VAWG strategy. The workshop is in two parts. The first relates to the requirements for staff, child protection leads and systems within the school engage with this agenda. The second focuses on practical interventions with young people.
